Maritime Services Corporation employs 350 core personnel worldwide and up to 900, depending on current workload, generally divided into three departments based on job duties.
Installation Personnel - Travel to job sites throughout the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe, South America, the Caribbean, the Pacific Basin and work as riding crews worldwide. Installation crews are factory trained and work cross trades adding versatility and efficiency.
Production Personnel - Maritime manufactures furnishings, millwork and casework in its own production facilities to assure quality and timely delivery. Maritime warehouse and shipping personnel manage materials shipped to the installation crews as well as wholesale customers globally. Materials are warehoused and or fabricated in a number of locations to help assure rapid delivery of time critical components.
Office Personnel - Provide project and wholesale quotations, support services for installation and production, project management, design, engineering and drafting, administration and advertising and sales.

George founded Maritime Services Corporation in 1986. George is continually looking to expand the business and target new market segments. Responsibilities include general managerial functions and primary marketing.

Charles Capovilla, President/General Manager, Hood River, OR
Charlie joined Maritime Services Corporation on its formation. His responsibilities include management of engineering, estimation and production/installation, general plant management and coordination. Charlie's primary focus is on the workboat, offshore and ferry industry, including overseeing the distribution of the Norac products.

Andre has experience managing a full range of finance applications, including accounting, human resources, IT and general administration. Primary responsibilities for Maritime Services include financial management, bookkeeping, cost accounting, IT and administrative management.

Don joined Maritime Services Corporation in 1988. His responsibilities include contract management, estimating and overseeing a team of project managers focusing primarily on cruise ships and gaming vessels.

Jake joined Maritime Services Corporation on its formation. Primary responsibilities include estimating, and on-site project management for large workboats and ferry projects in the Northwest.

David Culpepper, Vice President, Hood River, OR
Dave joined Maritime Services in 1991. Dave's primary responsibilities include engineering, project estimating and execution and overseeing a team of project managers focusing primarily in the cruise industry. His expertise stems from years of designing and building cabinetry using the AutoCAD technology.

Tom McGrath, Vice President, Fort Lauderdale, FL
Tom has over 30 years experience in the marine accommodation and joiner business. He has worked with well other known contractors and brings a wealth of knowledge in understanding the sales and business aspects of commercial marine as well as government work. As Vice President of Business Development, his focus is on expanding the business in the government sector while also looking for opportunities overseas.

Julie Parmentier, Senior Interior Designer, Hood River, OR
Julie started the MSC Interior Design department in 1995. She established the department's focus of team building and coordination with MSC project managers, architects, engineers and clients to create a turnkey interior design package that fulfills the form, function and budget requirements of all parties.

Tamara Helt, Senior Interior Designer, Hood River, OR
Tamara joined Maritime Services in 1997. In addition to being an interior designer, she is instrumental in project estimating, purchasing, logistics, and coordination of sub-contractors.

John Curtis, Project Manager, Cedar Lake, IN
John joined Maritime Services in 1994. John established the Midwest Operations in Indiana. Primary responsibilities include, marketing for the Midwest, estimating, budget management, coordination of contractual issues, sub-contractor contracts and schedule adherence.

Frank Salvati, General Manager, Fort Lauderdale, FL
Frank started at Maritime Services Corp. as a project manager in 1988. In 1994, Frank branched out into his own wall covering business, servicing Maritime Services Corp. along with other upscale clients across the world. In May 2004, Maritime Services Corp. recruited Frank back to the company to head up the Ft. Lauderdale office. Frank's responsibilities include scheduling and management of cruise ship refurbishment.

Casey Back, Production Manager, Mill/Case Work Shop, Hood River, OR
Casey joined Maritime Services in 1992. He started as part of the road install crew and a shop carpenter. As shop manager his responsibilities include: estimating, assisting engineering, overseeing shop personnel, production scheduling, fabrication of custom cabinetry and interior/exterior lining and finishes.

Robert (Robbie) Saggars, General Manager, Southampton, UK
Mr. Saggers runs the Southampton, UK office. Robbie has extensive experience in cruise ship and yacht interior refurbishment. Duties include: detailed ship surveys, itemized quotations for all classes of vessels in the UK, Europe and elsewhere, project management, purchasing, manning, fabrication and engineering and management of subcontractors and suppliers.

Ken Mulhair, Production Manager, Marine & Military Furniture, Hood River, OR
Ken has joined the staff of Maritime Services with the intention of expanding our products in metal manufacturing. Ken's first experience in the marine industry was building cabinetry for the Pilgrim Belle in 1985, now the Spirit of 98'. He also has built showcases and other store fixtures for large department stores including Macy's for over 25 years. His expertise is fully integrating interior materials out of aluminum and mild steel and making them acceptable for marine use. His responsibilities include the management, estimation, engineering and coordination of the metal furniture shop.

Maurizio Pellegrini, Sales Agent, Bethesda, MD and Italy
Maurizio has joined the staff of Maritime Services as an agent with more than 42 years of experience covering all the activities of the maritime industry. He will act as our representative in the United States and aboard. Maurizio's primary focus is establishing relationships in Italy and the USA to further MSC's expanse worldwide.

Chuck Woods, Manager of Sales & Marketing, New Braunfels, TX
Chuck started with Maritime Services in 2000. His primary duties include marketing and sales for MML-USA. His past experience has been in sales & marketing management, predominately in the marine industry. His experience with a Fortune 100 company, as well as technical sales & management skills developed with a custom steel fabricator, define his client-oriented approach to sales.

Aaron Wymore, Production Manager, Hood River, OR
Aaron joined Maritime Services Corporation in 1994. He spent the first 9 years providing project management primarily in the cruise ship industry. Since 2004 Aaron has been the Production Manager of MML-USA producing fire rated marine doors as well as watertight doors and hatches. He is responsible for providing pricing, assisting engineering, overseeing shop personnel, and production scheduling.

Dale Marty, General Manager, Seattle, WA
Dale joined Maritime Services in 1997 when it opened its first office in Seattle. Dale has over 30 years experience in the marine electrical industry, including 25 years as a marine electrical journeyman.
His past experiences include working on electrical systems for the Navy, Coast Guard, Washington State Ferries, Cruise Lines, Gaming Vessels, Work Boats and Pleasure Craft.

Fred L. Peil, General Manager, Seattle WA
Fred has been in the marine business for over 20 years. His duties at Maritime Marine Centers include managing a sales force and repair shop, marketing and establishing new contacts within the industry. His past experience working for Inflatable Boat Works, Honda Marine and Washington State Department of Transportation as Asst. Secretary has given Fred plenty of knowledge in the commercial first responder trade.

Dan Lohse, General Manager, Seattle, WA
Dan Lohse has been in the marine trades for over 40 years. During the 70s and 80s Dan managed a 10 man crew to commission newly delivered boats from Taiwan. He then went on to Vic Franck's Boat Co. where for 19 years he was directly involved in all levels of yacht construction and repair. More recently and prior to coming to work for Maritime Yacht Services, Dan has managed his own marine maintenance and repair company. Years of knowledge in new yacht construction and repair of systems and machinery are a large benefit to Maritime Yacht Service clients worldwide.

Wendy Anderson, General Manager, Hood River, OR
Wendy joined Craft and Design with numerous years of experience in the residential cabinetry industry including design, sales, marketing, manufacturing and product development. Responsibilities with Craft & Design include managing the overall operation of the Craft & Design showrooms and assisting with the development of the Koru line of cabinetry, a frameless bamboo line manufactured by Maritime Services.

Peter Nance, Project Manager, Hood River, OR
Prior to joining ProBuild Construction, Peter founded a home construction and remodeling company serving Northwest Oregon. Peter has managed several remodels and additions for residential construction projects in the Portland area. Peter's duties include project estimating, budget management, coordination of contractual issues, sub-contractor contracts and schedule adherence.

Tom Owens, Lead Architectural Designer, Hood River, OR
Tom joined ProBuild Construction with a wealth of knowledge in architectural design, everything from historical period homes to wine cellars and outdoor structures. Since joining MSC, Tom has developed a patented cabinet design that is considerably stronger then contemporary lines, using bamboo plywood that meets the Earth Advantage and LEEDS criteria.
